Delivery & Returns at a Glance

• Delivery cost: free UK mainland delivery on orders over £150; £6.95 on orders under £150. A remote-area charge for the Scottish Highlands, islands and Northern Ireland is shown at checkout.
• Delivery time: in-stock pieces usually arrive in 3–9 days. Made-to-order pieces can take up to 12 weeks, and this is always shown clearly on the product page.
• Tracking: every order is tracked. Larger orders may arrive in separate deliveries.
• Changed your mind? Tell us within 14 days of delivery, then return the piece within a further 14 days. Return postage is paid by the customer.
• Damage: please check your delivery on arrival and report any transit damage within 24 hours, with photos, so we can put it right quickly.

From Workshop to Your Haven

We curate statement pieces from specialist makers and suppliers, and dispatch them directly from our partners' UK warehouses to your door, so each piece is handled fewer times on its way to you.

How your order travels

• Smaller items travel by tracked courier (such as DPD or DHL).
• Larger furniture travels by specialist freight, with two-person handling or a pallet network.
• Kerbside Delivery: Unless specified as "White Glove," standard freight delivery is to your door. Please ensure you have assistance available if needed.
• Every shipment is insured in transit.

Your responsibilities

1. Access: please make sure your property is accessible for a large delivery vehicle (Luton van or 7.5t truck). If the access is too narrow and the delivery fails, the courier may charge a re-delivery fee (typically £40–£100).
2. Missed deliveries: if you confirm a delivery slot with the courier but are not home to receive it, the courier will charge a wasted-journey fee, which will be passed on to you.
3. Inspection: please inspect the packaging on arrival. If the box looks significantly damaged, sign for it as "DAMAGED" or refuse the delivery, and tell us within 24 hours.

Where we deliver

We currently deliver within the UK. Some large items cannot be delivered to Northern Ireland, so please contact us before ordering.
