From Workshop to Your Haven

At Hearth & Haven, we curate statement pieces from specialised global workshops across the UK and Europe. Because we prioritise artisan quality and direct-from-source logistics, our shipping process is designed to be as thoughtful as the furniture itself.

Direct Artisan Delivery:
Your furniture is shipped directly from our specialised workshops. This model ensures fewer "touch-points,"  reducing warehouse handling by 60%, ensuring your piece arrives in pristine condition while significantly lowering carbon emissions. Allowing us to offer showroom-grade quality without the retail markup.

  • Split Shipments: If you order multiple items (e.g., a sofa and a lamp), they may arrive in separate deliveries and on different days. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each consignment.

Cost and Estimated Timelines:
We try and offer free delivery and inclusive pricing where possible.  Delivery charges will be calculated at checkout and clearly shown for transparency. 

  • Estimated Lead Times:

    • In-Stock Decor & Small Furniture: 3–7 Business Days.

    • Heavy Goods Delivery: Large items are delivered via specialist freight. Standard delivery is direct to you, ensuring safe and efficient transit.

    • Made-to-Order: 6–10 Weeks (Clearly marked on the product page). 

The Delivery Experience:
Every shipment is fully insured. From the workshop floor to your front door, your investment is protected., ensuring you are ready to welcome your new pieces into your haven.

  • Standard Delivery (Free): For smaller items, we use tracked couriers (DPD, FedEx, DHL).

  • Heavy Goods / Freight: For large furniture, we use specialist two-man handling teams or pallet networks to ensure safety.

    • Kerbside Delivery: Unless specified as "White Glove," standard freight delivery is to your door. Please ensure you have assistance available if needed.

Your Responsibilities

  1. Access: Please ensure your property is accessible for a large delivery vehicle (Luton van or 7.5t truck). If the lane is too narrow and the delivery fails, a re-delivery fee (typically £40–£80) may be charged by the courier.

  2. Missed Deliveries: If you confirm a delivery slot with the courier but are not home to receive it, the courier will charge a wasted journey fee which will be passed on to you.

  3. Inspection: Upon arrival, please inspect the packaging. If the box looks significantly damaged, please sign for it as "DAMAGED" or refuse the delivery and contact us immediately.

We currently ship to the UK Mainland only.

  • Northern Ireland, Highlands & Islands: Please contact us for a bespoke shipping quote before ordering, as freight surcharges will apply.
